What is Reformed Theology (Part 4)
The doctrine of limited atonement (or otherwise known as, definite atonement or particular redemption) addresses the purpose of the atoning death of Christ. Limited Atonement maintains that God's design and intent in sending Christ to die on the cross were to pay for the sins and secure the redemption of those whom God has predetermined to save, namely the elect.

What is Reformed Theology (Part 2)
Total depravity is the name that is used to best describe what the Bible teaches about the spiritual condition of fallen man. It is the “T” in the acronym TULIP, which is commonly used to list what are known as the five points of Calvinism or the doctrines of grace. Pastor Carl gives us a brief education through this Calvinistic Doctrine.

Which Bible Translation is Best For Me?
So, what’s the best one to use? The one that you enjoy reading the most and the one you feel that God speaks clearest to you. I personally subscribe to the NIV (beginners) and then graduating from that to the NASB or ESV (personal study) because I’ve found it to be the best combination of accuracy and clarity and when I read it I actually understand what the Bible is saying.

When we saw ‘professing Christians’ come out in support of him and not just defend but approve of his position on abortion that was a great cause for concern.

On Saturday 31st October 2020, we celebrated the 503rd anniversary of the Protestant Reformation. In this video, we give a brief history lesson on the Protestant Reformation. We thank God for Reforming the Church through the works of such men like Huss, Wycliffe, Luther an Calvin for reforming the Church to the truth. A popular Christian social media catch-phrase is, "You don't go to church, you are the church." While I get the sentiment in some ways, this is an unhealthy view, pitting "being the church" and "going to church" against each other. If we are truly "the Church," then we will surely get together with other believers regularly. We cannot "be" the church, if we don't "go" to church. Not fully anyways.
